一、招聘岗位及职责

招聘岗位：管教人员

岗位职责：负责学员的日常管理、提高学员法治意识、规范行为道德准则、

1、拥护党的领导，遵守国家法律、法规，具有良好

的品行和职业道德

2、具有海南户籍

3、管教人员年龄 40 周岁以下

4、学历不限，有一定语言、文字表达能力和组织协调管理能力。

5、具备正常开展工作的身体条件

6、上班时间：上1天班休息2天

三、福利待遇

1、基本工资：2638元/月，具备工龄工资

2、具备五险一金

3、免费提供食宿

4、按规定享受高温补贴300元/月（4月-10月）

5、聘用期间年度体检参考在编人员标准执行
